Her mother, Gina Hudgens (née Guangco), an office worker, is from the Philippines. Her father, Greg Hudgens, a firefighter, was from a family from the Midwestern United States. The Filipino-American Hollywood star has expressed her love for her mother’s distinct culture on social media. In an interview, Hudgens shared that she was already able to try different Filipino delicacies or dessert, despite the fact that she was mainly exposed to American culture. The Hollywood actress also said that she will be visiting the Philippines very “soon”.
